My Mom

I really love my mom. And she really loves me. And she really really really loves my kids. I am so lucky that she lives 10 minutes away. She helps me with everything. She has cleaned my house countless times. When she comes to clean she guts it. She does the stuff I never do. She has done my laundry like a million times. She will take loads home and return them freshly cleaned. When I was on bedrest with Crew she came over every single day and did whatever I asked. She usually had a fresh Pepsi in hand. When my Saturday night babysitter is not available she always fills in. She always has some nifty little craft that she does with the girls, stuff that I wouldn't be caught dead doing. Way too messy for a mom but not for Granny. She goes shopping with me. We go out to lunch. She even subs for Bunco. She has come to all MaKaya's competitions. She comes to school activities and ballgames. She sews the holes in my clothes and gets stains out like a champ, and she makes really cute hats. She makes really yummy food. Some mornings I will go over and have her make me dutch pancakes, she always does, I love dutch pancakes. She loves animals and would have a dozen if Gramps would let her. She cried when Sammie died and even came to her funeral.

She is the most amazing Granny. My kids love her a lot. There are many occasions that my girls are in tears leaving Grans because they love being with her so much. Lexi loves to hang out with her just because. She has saved Boo's life a number of times. Had she stayed home with me I'm not sure what would have happened. I told her that before I have another baby I better ask her if its okay because she helps me so much. Oh and Granny adores babies. She really loves babies. I'm so lucky to have her be such a big part in my life. My children are so lucky to have such a fantastic Gran. I love you Mom!
